Cheapest Last Minute Luxury Cruise Vacation Deals
My wife and I go on a lot of cruises. Because of that, many of them end up being last minute cruises and we are actually able to get the very best and cheapest deals this way. Here are some quick tips for finding the cheapest all inclusive last minute cruise deals.
1) You need to go on a cruise to the Caribbean. I know there are other great cruises and other all inclusive destinations, but the warm waters off Jamaica, the Bahamas and the Cayman Islands and of course Mexico are where you will find the best deals of all. For some reason, the cruise lines like Royal Caribbean and Carnival, who mostly cruise in these areas, are willing to discount more than other lines that offer all inclusive cruises to other destinations.
2) Use a travel agent and then compare to what you can get for a last minute cruise deal on the internet. Sometimes, surprisingly, a travel agent can actually get you the best deal on an all inclusive cruise. But you should not take my word for it, or theirs. Always check the major cruise travel sites and see what kind of discounts they are offering, and then call the travel agent to see if he or she can beat it for you. Do this as many times as you like!
3) Get your own flights. Usually, when you book your all inclusive cruise, you will also have to fly to the port of call. I have always found that you can usually get your own plane tickets on one of the big sites a little cheaper. I know that usually you can save money with a package deal, but for some reason, when you book an all inclusive cruise at the last minute, it is cheaper to book them separately.
Those are the quick tips for you to follow when looking for an all inclusive luxury cruise deal in 2010!
